Reports of Price’s concussion caps season from hell

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…..

Radio-Canada is reporting that Habs team doctor David Mulder has confirmed to the TV outlet that Carey Price has a concussion and might not be dressed for the last three games this year. The Habs will only say that their star goalie has headache issues and are not saying he has a concussion. TVA Sports just reported – 11 p.m. Monday – that Price hurt himself off ice and not at the practice, as announced by the Habs.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…..

And the Canadiens are in 29th place on Monday night. 29th place in a  30-team league, with three games left. Yeah sure they’ll get a good draft pick but it’s still mighty pathetic. When’s the last time the Habs finished in second-to-last place in the league? I don’t ever remember that happening in my lifetime.

I don’t think I’ll even be watching that meaningless last Habs-Leafs match-up Saturday. I’m hoping I can regain my spirit to watch the playoffs sans Les Boys but I’m not making any promises. I may just start watching snooty British shows on PBS.

Or if you want something even more painful to watch, trying Dancing With the Stars, MCF (Major Cheese Factor)

Nice post, as usual, Rick. Man Mike Milbury is something else. And loved the Elisha Cuthbert story. I still remember meeting her when she was an 18-year-old kid who just signed to star in 24!
And Lorne, what you don’t like cheese?
