So there are already plenty of reasons to love P.K. Subban. His unbelievable energy, his slapshot, his toughness, his great attitude, his ability to tie the score with the Bruins in game seven of the first round of the 2011 playoffs…..

And now we learn he’s headed to Haiti this week as part of the Hockey for Haiti project, in tandem with the National Hockey League Players Association, World Vision, and former Habs tough guy Georges Laraque. He left Monday for Haiti and, during the trip, they’ll be visiting the Grace Children’s Hospital, a project that is being built with help from World Vision and the NHLPA.

Click here to hear real cool interview on Daybreak with host Steve Rukavina talking to P.K. about his Haitian trip. Just confirms what a thoughtful guy P.K. is.
